Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once the product has been purchased, downloaded, accessed, or delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads
  • Printable products
  • E-books
  • Templates
  • Digital artwork
  • Online resources

Please ensure you carefully review the product description before purchasing.

However, nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a digital product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Physical Products

For physical products, this policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • is faulty or unsafe;
  • is significantly different from its description or sample;
  • is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • does not meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Where required by law, the appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Change of Mind

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply no longer want the item.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to a replacement.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • clear photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable.

I will assess your claim and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Process

If a return is approved, I will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Items should not be returned without prior authorisation.

Unless the product is faulty or I have made an error with your order, you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
